Ucluelet and our BostromsBandB.com made it happen.
From here I plan to SPRAY out into all directions, please, make it a habit to come back and see the progress.
Do not forget and give me your opinion, it . . . → Read More: Inspiration – West Coast – (new paintings added)

We start with a beautiful poem by Clemens Rettich
Standing on the shore, looking out at the still sea
I realize that I can’t see the whole embrace.
Everything I see is surface, skin, signs
Pointing to things beneath and beyond
The surface of the wet sand, bubbles, worm trails
Tiny mollusc volcanoes of clear water

I had a long “Liternei” ( many words, literary theory) about that title – but – pleeeease – writing them all down sounded soo” kitschy” – soapy – so forget it, just look at some pictures instead. Meet the Painter Welcome to my blog. This is written for you my readers and you who collect my paintings.
Because you are interested in my work you naturally want to know more about the creator - me - and that is why I started to write a bit about myself and the person behind the art work.
I have my studio in Abbotsford B.C. Canada but grew up on the small Island of Sylt in the German Noth Sea, the beginning of my fascination with water and the sky.
Please, feel free to email if you have any questions or comments!
