Monkshoods are late to bloom this year
All spring and early summer they were waiting for the sun
Shooting up to the sky – now they are 61/2’ and one is 8’ tall
But the blossoms are so beautiful and large
These are some of my favourite plants; they like to grow in treed surroundings,[my favourite environment} the woodlands, to feel protected and like companionship and avoid the limelight (no full sun)
Colors are blue – in many shades of blue – some have a combination of white and blue { just like the colors of the ocean}
